Vivetique's Tufted Organic Cotton+Organic Wool Mattress takes the best attributes of our Cotton+Wool Mattress and builds on them.
We start with an inner-spring base and wrap it in 8 layers of Organic Cotton and 2 layers of Organic Wool. The whole core is then sheathed in our quilted Organic Cotton cover. Similar to the Cotton+Wool Mattress, this mattress is springy yet firm, however, the additional layers of Organic Cotton make it feel more plush and the tufting makes it feel more supportive.
The Tufted Cotton+Wool Mattress is a great product because of the quality materials and attributes they bring. Our Organic Cotton is pure and soft. Our Organic Wool is soft and also a great temperature regulator. It wicks heat away in the summer and keeps it close in the winter. Our inner spring base is made of recycled metals and will not sag.
The organic cotton used for this mattress is carded with an extra fine comb to remove as many seeds as possible. For this reason, there is no strong odor as there is from some organic cotton products. The strong odor comes from cotton seeds that have broken open and become rancid.

Our Cotton+Wool Mattress will last longest when paired with our Organic Wool Pad and a boxspring. Our boxsprings are made with recycled materials and use Forestry Stewardship Council wood. This mattress should be flipped and/or turned periodically as needed.
