There is a 10 year warranty and a 30 day comfort exchange policy for this product.

The warranty covers manufacturer's defects only; allergies are not covered.

Please note that mattresses are handmade and can vary up to 1" in size.

Mattresses are made to order, and take approximately 3-6 weeks for delivery.

They are shipped via common carrier, except when sent to certain locations in California as noted below.

Please note that with common carrier, the delivery people generally do not bring items inside your home, and they do not take packaging away. These services, however, may be available for an additional fee.

You will be notified of the exact shipping costs, and no order will be placed without your explicit approval in writing.

Mattresses shipped to certain locations within Northern and Southern California will be delivered by the Vivetique delivery team, who will set up the mattress in your home at no extra charge.
