Dr. Jerry Klein says CBD has been used with dogs with the following benefits: anti-inflammatory properties, cardiac benefits, anti-nausea effects, appetite stimulation, anti-anxiety impact, and for possible anti-cancer benefits, although there are no conclusive studies on CBD's use in dogs.
CBD is being used by
holistic veterinarians to treat a variety of ailments, including inflammation, anxiety and pain in cats. It has also been used to help asthma, inflammatory bowel disease, cancer, arthritis, seizures and pancreatitis.
